International Airport - Arrival/Departure Instructions

Step 1 - Find Your Car

As you are arriving at the International Airport, the vehicle will be left for your collection in the Off-Airport Car Rental Carpark.

From the ARRIVALS AREA ON LEVEL 1 make your way down the escalator on the RIGHT HAND SIDE (near the Visitor Information Booth) and proceed through the glass doors. Proceed through the undercover walkway and turn immediately right and follow the pedestrian path for approximately 25 metres until you reach the first PEDESTRIAN CROSSING on your RIGHT HAND SIDE. Proceed across the road (via the crossing) into the Off-Airport Car Rental Carpark. You will be standing underneath the overhead railway line. Your vehicle will be located in this area. Locate your vehicle by the registration number provided in your final email and the tag hanging from the rear vision mirror.

A square black keybox will be on the drivers side window, and you enter the code provided, pull the button down and towards you to retrieve the key. Once you are inside the car, wind your window down and lift the keybox off - for use on your return to the airport. The same code will close it.

Step 2 - Sign Your Contract

There will be a street directory in your vehicle with the contract enclosed. Please sign the ORIGINAL CONTRACT and return to ACE in the pre-paid envelope provided.

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AND ENSURE THAT YOU ARE IN THE CORRECT VEHICLE.
Also inside the street directory will be a prepaid carpark exit ticket to leave this area, and information sheet covering general information.

Step 3 - Enjoy Your Holiday!

Returning Your Vehicle

When returning your vehicle to the Brisbane International Airport, please return your vehicle to the same location as collection. IF YOU RETURN YOUR VEHICLE TO ANY OTHER POINT OTHER THAN THIS DESIGNATED PARKING AREA, ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY.

If you collected your vehicle from a different location and have nominated the BRISBANE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT as your return location, please contact our Office on 1800 620 408 for return instructions.

If you are arriving after 21:00 hours and you have NOT received an email 24 hours prior to your arrival containing your lock box code and vehicle details, please contact our Office on 1800 620 408 or 07) 3868 3833 to obtain this information. If you DO NOT have access to your email 24 hours prior to your arrival, please contact our Office on 1800 620 408 to obtain your details. PLEASE NOTE: OUR PHONES ARE ATTENDED 7 DAYS PER WEEK, BETWEEN 06:00 AND 21:00 HOURS ONLY.
