International Airport - Arrival/Departure Instructions

Note: pickup of vehicles outside of office hours (8am to 5pm) will attract an after hours surcharge of AU$30.

Vehicle Collection (8am - 11pm)

Ace Rental Cars is an 'Off-Airport' company. Our office is located just minutes from the international Terminal at Brisbane Airport. We service all flights and during office hours we provide a courtesy shuttle service to transfer our customers to our office, where vehicles are collected. Once you have arrived and you have collected all your luggage and cleared customs, please call our office on FREECALL 1800 049 225. Make your way to the left hand corner of the Arrivals Hall where you will find an exit labelled "Coach Departures". Follw the ramp down a short path until you come to the coach and bus parking area. The Ace Rental Cars shuttle bus is a Blue 12 seater with yellow signage and company branding. please alert the driver by waving.

Unattended Vehicle Collection (11pm - 8am)

Customers arriving between 11pm and 8am will have the vehicles securely parked at the airport for collection. From the ARRIVALS AREA ON LEVEL 2 make your way down the escalator on the RIGHT HAND SIDE (near the Visitor Information Booth) and proceed through the glass doors. Proceed through the undercover walkway and turn immediately right and follow the pedestrian path until you reach the first PEDESTRIAN CROSSING on your RIGHT HAND SIDE. Proceed across the road (via the crossing) into the "Off-Airport Car Rental Carpark". You will be standing underneath the overhead railway line. Your vehicle will be located in this area. Locate your vehicle by the registration number provided in your final email and the tag hanging from the rear vision mirror.

A square black keybox will be on the drivers side window, and you enter the code provided, pull the button down and towards you to retrieve the key. Once you are inside the car, wind your window down and lift the keybox off. The same code will close it.

There will be a rental contract in your vehicle, please sign the "ORIGINAL" and return in the pre-paid envelope provided.

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AND ENSURE THAT YOU ARE IN THE CORRECT VEHICLE.

If you are arriving after 23:00 hours and you have NOT received an email 24 hours prior to your arrival containing your lock box code and vehicle details, please contact our Office on 1800 049 225 or 07) 3868 3833 to obtain this information. If you DO NOT have access to your email 24 hours prior to your arrival, please contact our Office on 1800 049 225 to obtain your details. PLEASE NOTE: OUR PHONES ARE ATTENDED 7 DAYS PER WEEK, BETWEEN 08:00 AND 23:00 EST HOURS ONLY.

Returning Your Vehicle

If arrive at the office between 8.00am and 11.00pm we will transport you to the airport terminal, if you are returning your vehicle outside of these hours then park at the Off Licence Rental Car Park.
