If you are arriving or departing from the Coolangatta Airport during normal Office hours (08:00 - 16:30 hours), please follow the instructions below.

Upon your arrival at the Coolangatta Airport and ONLY AFTER you have collected your luggage, please phone our Coolangatta Office on (07) 5598 2247 or 1800 620 408. Our staff will then collect you from our pickup point (adjacent to Public Phone outside Jetstar Terminal) at the Airport and take you to our Office located nearby to collect your vehicle.

Should you also be returning the vehicle to the Coolangatta Airport during normal Office hours (08:00 - 16:30 hours), please return the vehicle to our Coolangatta Office at 423 Golden Four Drive, Tugun, where the vehicle will be checked-in before you are returned to the Departures Terminal.

If you are arriving or departing from the Coolangatta Airport outside of our Office hours, your vehicle will be left for your collection in the SHORT TERM CARPARK. An After Hours Surcharge will apply.

The vehicle will be located as close as possible to the covered walkway access running from the terminal building to the Carpark. Your vehicle will be located in the vicinity of the black chain wire fence separating the Short Term and Long Term Carparks.

A square black key-box will be on the drivers side window, and you enter the code provided, pull the button down and towards you to retrieve the key. Once you are inside the car, wind your window down and lift the key-box off - for use on your return to the Airport. The same code will close it.

There will be a street directory in your vehicle with the contract enclosed. Please sign the ORIGINAL CONTRACT and return to ACE in the pre-paid envelope provided.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND ENSURE THAT YOU ARE IN THE CORRECT VEHICLE.

Should you also be returning the vehicle to the Coolangatta Airport outside of our Office hours (08:00 - 16:30) , it would be appreciated if you could please return the vehicle to the same area and contact our Office to confirm your parking location.

It is imperative that you contact our Office one (1) day prior to your return and confirm your return date and time. Failure to do this may result in excess parking fees being applied.

If you collected your vehicle from the COOLANGATTA AIRPORT and wish to return your vehicle to a different location, please contact our Office on 1800 620 408 for approval and return instructions. Relocation charges may apply.
