If you are arriving or departing from the Gold Coast Airport during normal Office hours (08:00 - 16:30 hours), please follow the instructions below.

Upon your arrival at the Gold Coast Airport and ONLY AFTER you have collected your luggage, please phone our Gold Coast Office on (07) 5598 2247 or 1800 62 00 72. Our staff will then collect you from our pickup point (adjacent to Public Phone outside Jetstar Terminal) at the Airport and take you to our Office located nearby to collect your vehicle.

Should you also be returning the vehicle to the Gold Coast Airport during normal Office hours (08:00 - 16:30 hours), please return the vehicle to our Coolangatta Office at 423 Golden Four Drive, Tugun, where the vehicle will be checked-in before you are returned to the Departures Terminal.

If you are collecting your vehicle outside of office hours, a courtesy shuttle will pick you up from outside the Gold Coast Airport terminal.

If you collected your vehicle from the Gold Coast AIRPORT and wish to return your vehicle to a different location, please contact our Office on 1800 62 00 72 for approval and return instructions. Relocation charges may apply.
