Sydney Airport - Arrival/Departure Instructions

Ace Rental Cars is an 'Off-Airport' company. Our office is located just minutes from the Terminals at Sydney Airport.

We provide a courtesy shuttle to and from the International and Domestic terminals and our local branch office, where vehicles are collected and returned. Outside of the of our normal office hours After Hours collections and returns can be made with the applicable surcharges.

Once you have arrived you have collected all your luggage, please call our office on FREECALL 1800 049 225. The operator will advise you to make your way to the meeting place, directly outside the terminal doors, where our shuttle service will collect you and bring you back to our office, located at 4/221-223 O'Riodrdan St, to collect your vehicle.

Pick-ups outside of office hours (8am to 5pm) will incur a $30 after-hours surcharge.
